About the Alliance

An association “INTERNATIONAL ALLIANCE OF JURISTS AND ECONOMISTS” of French law between the undersigned and the other adherents to the present statute is founded. It is governed by the law of July 1st, 1901 and the decree of August 16th, 1901

Created and led by lawyers and academics from different countries with the aim of sharing knowledge and experience in order to contribute to the evolution of the law in its many aspects: international contracts, arbitration, digital economy, competition and investment.

The working languages of the association are French, Russian and English.

The registered office of the association is established at the following address: 106 rue du Président Edouard Herriot 69002 LYON. It may be transferred within the territory of France by a simple decision of the Board of Directors.

The Association will have a permanent representation in MOSCOW whose implementation and transfer will be decided by the Board of Directors.

Prospects for further economic growth of both individual countries and the world as a whole are inextricably linked to legal regulation. Legal regulation should contribute to strengthening the economy and stimulating its main engines. Adequate and rational legislation should be aimed at ensuring the smooth functioning of market structures, entrepreneurship and commerce, protecting the rights of buyers and interests of the society, equality of market actors.
